NetApp Numbers

In case you didn’t see DrunkenData is spreading the word about Filer Jedi’s blog post that details the usable numbers for NetApp filers.  

This is the same sort of thing I talked about earlier this month, where Chuck found NetApp’s Marketing put out performance numbers that were slightly off from reality.

These things are important to understand before making purchasing decisions and especially important to understand if you are already in the midst of a deployment….

    Get’s back to my comment earlier, horses for courses. I found Jedi’s Netapp numbers a bit surprising. Perhaps I should go back and review and comment.
