Have your Jetstress tests seemed wrong?

Looks like there are a fair number of issues in the current version of Jetress available on the web (08.01.0038)….but according to Hyungmin Lee (who i would consider a reliable source)…..A good portion of these will be fixed in an upcoming March release including the following mentioned on his post:

  • The Exchange 2003’s cache did not match what Exchange 2003 would/could do
  • The HTML report reports an incorrect failure based on max database disk latencies when logs and db’s are place on the same volume.
  • HTML reports were not being created for 6 hour+ stress tests

and my favorite…..

  • Clarification on what the “Suppress tuning and use thread counts” really means.

Go check out his site for the full list….
